It all begins with a complimentary initial consultation, either in person or via video meeting. In order to ensure a tailored and personalized approach to your luxury photography session, we prioritize understanding your unique request, vision, preferences, or even concerns. We love building genuine connections with our clients, we believe it’s integral to our creative process & overall experience for everybody. During this consultation, there’s no pressure or commitment - just an opportunity to get to know each other and start the dialogue of creativity.

Story Packet
Following our initial consultation, the photographer meets with the Bella Strada Studio producer to refine the creative direction and together they form a Story Packet proposal: a PDF showcasing inspiration imagery, curating location ideas, and presenting concepts specifically crafted for your session. This packet is then delivered to your inbox for review, accompanied by a project estimate & contract.
Booking the Session.
Once the Story Packet is approved & signed, we move forward with booking your exclusive session. Depending on your preference, we can either select a date or range of dates immediately, or wait until the location is finalized, as some venues or locations may have limited availability.
To secure your booking, we kindly request 50% payment upfront, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery of your session.
Planning & Preparation.
After officially booking your session, Bella Strada Studio leaps into the “pre-production” phase to meticulously plan and prepare for your photoshoot. Expanding on the initial 'Story Packet,' our team delves deeper into the details and logistics, the Mise-en-scène, from gathering inspiration imagery, presenting location options, conceptualizing setups, coordinating wardrobe selections & glam styles to crafting intricate set designs, managing shoot schedules, and assembling a talented team. We handle all of the logistics. Your level of involvement through this pre-production phase is entirely at your discretion. Throughout this process, we remain available for calls or emails to address any questions or additional ideas you may have.
The Session Experience.
After careful planning, the much-anticipated day has finally arrived, and Bella Strada Studio is thrilled to welcome you to your unique, one-of-a-kind experience. On the day of your session, our utmost priority is to cultivate a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, allowing you to exude confidence and authenticity in front of the camera. Throughout the session, we provide gentle guidance to ensure that each moment is authentically captured, and that you not only look natural but also genuinely enjoy the process. Our approach at Bella Strada Studio is rooted in creating a supportive and fun environment, regardless of your previous photography experiences. You don't need to worry about posing—we'll guide you through every step of the way. Our dedicated team at Bella Strada Studio manages every aspect of the day, ensuring your comfort and leaving you with nothing to do except celebrate every moment of the experience.
Post-Process & Delivery
Once the photo session is complete, our post-process begins with the photographer reviewing the images captured during your magical shoot, making initial selections. From this curated selection, our team sends out a private gallery link with Photo Proofs to review. Once your favorites are marked, we begin the editing process, working closely with our high-end retouchers who work in fashion & advertising, giving the images that extra gloss you see in magazines and billboards. After the retouching is complete, we present your final, impeccably polished images to you through a gallery link, made easy to download & ready to share with the world or be made into high-quality prints for framing or display.
